My 86 Yr Old Uncle Had A White Blob Come

My 86 yr old uncle had a white blob come out of his rectum and I have seen some of this in the toilet when he used it too. What can this be. One landed in the bathtub while he was standing while I showered him. It stuck there like it was sticky> What causes this? Thank you
