My 87-year-old Mom Had 2 Hemorraghic Strokes A Year Ago.

My 87-year-old mom had 2 hemorraghic strokes a year ago. She had made a remarkable recovery. However, she is unable to take opioids for pain. A little over a week ago, she underwent an outpatient procedure for a compression fracture in her back. I had explained in detail to the doctor and pharmacist the risks of pain relievers. She was prescribed Tramadol. Beginning a couple of days ago, she is hallucinating and very confused. Also takes Sertraline and Mirtazapine
