My 87 Year Old Mother Has Peritineal Abdomen Cancer And

My 87 year old mother has Peritineal Abdomen Cancer and the excess fluid has caused her left leg to swell excessively (her right leg ok). This is due to nerve damage from recent 2 month trial chemo table therapy which did not change her markers & is no longer taking.
Also this chemo trial has now given her constant dizziness when she is upright (sitting down is o.k.). Her Dr first put her on STEMETIL (took only for 3-4 weeks with no change ), she is now currently on SERC tablet but still no change after 1 week.
What can we do for the above problems???
