My 88 Mother Ate Bar Soap Last Night At Another

My 88 mother ate bar soap last night at another place. They said initially she had swollen face n mouth n couldnt eat n talk. They gave her water n liquid and now she can talk but still have little swollen face , lips n touque. She is with me. Her condition has improved, do i need to bring her to a doctor?
