My 9 Month Old Has A Hoarse Raspy Voice, Can

My 9 month old has a hoarse raspy voice, can barely make a noise. She also has a severe diaper rash or yeast infection. No drooling. Very happy. Should we be concerned, she did cry a lot the night before but not more than our other children who never lost their voice.
