My 9 Month Old Has Had Quite A Few Diapers

My 9 month old has had quite a few diapers full of diarrhea. He seems to be normal other than that ans some of them earlier had like mucous in them too. Not sure what to think of it . Could he be coming down with something or is it teething oe something he ate or thst I ate since I am still breast feeding him
