My 9 Y/o Daughter Has Been Complaining Of Stomach Pains

My 9 y/o daughter has been complaining of stomach pains for quite some time now. Has been going on for about 2-3 months, but now its also her legs and throat. My mom has noticed dark circles under her eyes as well. She has always had dark circles but they seem my noticeable now. Shes been to her doctor who prescribe lab work and a stool test but my child is embarrassed to do it. What can all these symptoms be?
