My 9 Year Old Daughters Teacher Says She Is Worried

My 9 year old daughters teacher says she is worried about my daughter. At the beginning of the the year she was doing very well academically. At the end of the year she is doing worse in here writing reading and math. She is showing a an inability to hold on to information, process and remember things like capitalizing sentences, something she use to do well. Her teacher reports her ot be the same pleasant well behaved kid whe has always been. She has had strep 5 time this year and we treated it with antibiotics.
