My 9 Year Old Grandson Woke Up This Am With

My 9 year old grandson woke up this am with a sore throat, then complained of his whole body being sore & feels too tired to get off the couch. The his neck began to stiff & sore, which made his heads hurt. Even though his temp is normal, he is very hot to the touch on his back & legs. He has been drinking water & even eaten a sandwich, but my instincts are screaming at me.
