My 9 Year Old Has Been On Amoxilcillin Since Saturday

My 9 year old has been on amoxilcillin since Saturday with high temps so I've been rotating motrin and tylenol and also robitussion for his severe cough. He is sleeping with a temp of 96.6 and completely drenched with sweat. He hasn't ate or drank much last couple days and complains about stomach ache and that he can't move because his body hurts. Do I need to wake him up and take him to ER?
