My 9 Year Old Was Brought To Pediatrician Yesterday With

My 9 year old was brought to pediatrician yesterday with pain in left back/flank area...and a fever of 101. Having had a predisposition of constipation and UTI...thought maybe she had infection...CBC and urine culture came back normal...and they did an ultrasound on kidneys, uterus and spleen...all normal...
Tonight her fever is 102, pain is radiating to othe side now and spine and head hurts...alternating Tylenol and Motrin and not helping...has bad headache and light sensitivity...said her skin feels like it's sunburnt on her back...thoughts?
