My 9 Yr Old Yorkies Has Refused Food Last Few

My 9 yr old Yorkies has refused food last few days, gotten lethargic, drinks only a little water. She is inside and never goes out. Her stools have been tarry. If I try to give her wet food on her tongue she vomits it up. Been giving her electrolytes and liquid b12 just today.
