My 9 Yr Old Daughter Hit Her Head On The

My 9 yr old daughter hit her head on the the part of my granite table top that was sticking out when she got up from picking something up from the floor. the bang was pretty hard and now both of her pupils are dialated and a huge bump on the top part of her head. Should I be concerned ? What would be my next step ??
