My 90 Year Old Mom Was Released 2 Days Ago

My 90 year old mom was released 2 days ago from the hospital with stomach pain and being incoherent. She has dementia but not formally diagnosed and since 4/4 on and off has been listing to one side with weakness and no appetite. We just got home from hosp 2 days ago and they did cat scan and xray of stomach which showed no blockage.
I have to get apptmt for a neurologist visit but i need referral first. This takes forever. On the meantime I'm the only caretaker and it's really taking a toll on me and my family at our home where she's living.
Any suggestions about how to get her better
