My 91 Year Old Father Is Taking 25 MG Of

My 91 year old father is taking 25 MG of Risperidone 2X daily. He recently went into a rehab center for PT on his shoulder and legs (weakness). When released the medication list no longer reflects the Risperidone, but Rivastigmine 9.5 MG patch, to be replaced daily. Are these medications contra indicated? Should he continue taking both or one or the other?
