My 91 Year Old Mother Is In Good Health, Generally.

My 91 year old mother is in good health, generally. She gets dizzy 1 or 2 days a month and have done so for as long as I can remember. She called today to say she had body tremors for about 10 minutes upon waking. What could cause this? I asked if she was worried about anything and she has been upset for a couple of weeks because her refrigerator went out. She had 2 come that didn't fit and finally got one yesterday (1-12-2017). She was without one for over 3 weeks. Could this cause enough anxiety to cause this tremor episode?
