My 91 Yr Old Mother Had A Pill, Likely Acetaminophen,

My 91 yr old mother had a pill, likely acetaminophen, 325 mg, dissolve in her throat, approximately 8 hrs ago. She continues to be unable to swallow, partly out of fear I think, but also her throat feels swollen nearly shut. She has no issues with breathing. This has happened before, but not to this extent. What would be helpful for her? I'm afraid she wouldn't even be able to take a liquid nsaid. She is otherwise fairly healthy and able. Thank you!
