My 92 Year Old Mother Has Had To Stop Taking

My 92 year old Mother has had to stop taking Xarelto due to loss of blood (low hemoglobin). The blood count stabilize, but now after taking a baby aspirin daily for 4 weeks, her hemoglobin has gradually started dropping again. Can a baby aspirin cause that? She has congestive heart failure along with afib and they are trying to reduce the possibility of a stroke.
