My 92 Year Old Father Had A L&R Cardiac Catheterization

My 92 year old father had a L&R cardiac catheterization yesterday at 11 am, revealing some fluid (heart failure) and confirming that he has severe aortic valve stenosis. Today he doesn't feel well, but temp is OK 97.8. Says his stomach feels bloated. Has had diarrhea (watery stool) 3 times today and doesn't feel like eating or drinking. He had a few sips of gatorade. His BP is up to 120, but it was 98 when he awoke and 106 after his breakfast at noon. Smelling our dinner on the stove made him feel nauseous, but he has not vomited. His legs are fine: not cold or gray or numb. He has a slight headache, off and on, so I just gave him a 500 mg Tylenol. Discharge said only Tylenol for pain. Thoughts? Should I call his PCP or take him to the ER?
