My 92 Year Old Mother Is Having Problems With "weeping

My 92 year old mother is having problems with "weeping legs" and no doctor has been able to tell her why it is happening nor what to do about it. What type of doctor should she see? She has been to a wound care specialist, a foot and leg doctor and her primary care physician. They all say to wear support socks which she does, but it is a real problem especially since her skin is thin and she bumps her legs frequently creating wounds.
