My 92 Year Old Mother Is On Eliquis And Lately

My 92 year old mother is on Eliquis and lately has developed "frozen shoulder", very painful and limiting for her. She cannot take anti-inflammatories like Advil to help heal it. She uses SalonPas patch, heating pad, &
exercise movements. Will this help get rid of it? There is a product called Relief Factor which helps with pain and inflammation, and I'm wondering if she could take this. It is a nutritional supplement which has :
Epimedium (consisting of Resveratrol and Icariin), Tumeric Phospholipid, Omega 3's (EPA and DHA), and curcumin. It is sold for relief of minor aches and pains and helps reduce inflammation. Would these substances be a problem with taking Eliquis? Also would physical therapy be beneficial?
