My 93 Yr. Old Mother Started Taking 10 Mg. Of

My 93 yr. old Mother started taking 10 mg. of Aricept approximately 4-6 wks. ago. Last night, she reported to her Caregiver that she saw all of her pills for her Monday a.m. dose on the floor, but when she checked, they were in the medicine box. This occurred at 5 a.m. Do you think she was having a hallucination or delusion? Also, when her Caregiver arrived at 11 a.m., she found things a bit awry. My Mother's walker was out of place, her portable phone was in her walker pouch, her notepad was out of place, she had put on a second pull-up and she was still sleeping. My Mother wakes up at 9 a.m. and is already dressed. The Caregiver let her sleep till 1:30 p.m. Do you think this is a side effect or just being over tired? Thank you!
