My 95 Yr. Old Mom Has Had 2 Enemas To

My 95 yr. old mom has had 2 enemas to clear barium after a study since Wed. She has had oozing of stool and now frequent, small soft stools during this whole time. She has been completely incontinent, so I have had to clean her up about every 2 hrs. Now she has a spot about a half inch in diameter adjacent to her anus that is open and raw. What do I use to clean her and treat this skin issue? HELP!
