My 98 Yr Old Aunt Has Reflux. Her Dr Retired

My 98 yr old aunt has reflux. Her dr retired and she is having an episode. She spelled her ex to me over the phone but I can’t find it or something similar(she has macular degeneration. She said it was regnol? Or generic is icnetocolopra? Can you help?
