My AFP Was 18, The Testing Lab's High Range Topped

My AFP was 18, the testing lab's high range topped out at 0.8 . Liver biopsy shows grade 1 trace siderosis and elevated sinusoids. Dr. is now checking my heart for excess fluid even though she doesn't expect to find anything. No Congestive heart failure symptoms. Shouldn't the dr be looking for other areas of my body for cancer or tumors?
