My ALT (SGPT) is 58, my ALT (SGOT) is 40 and my cholesterol is 279, I've been told I have a fatty liver. How serious can it be when I'm having severe itchy feet and hands which is what brought me to the doctors to begin with. Could this be a more serious liver disease?
