My AST Level Is Now At 44 And In My

My AST level is now at 44 and in my last blood work about 5 months ago it was also 44. All other items on my blood work are normal , meaning within range, so is my EKG and blood pressure. My only medical complaint are headaches which my neurologist concluded are due to occipital neuralgia. I have been taking Tylanol ( 2 extra strength at a time over the last 2 Months ) but did not exceed the daily allowable dose. I also had a brain MRI ( no contrast) with no findings.

Is a 44 AST level a reason for concern?
