My Achilles Heel Started Hurting Yesterday With A Lot Of

My Achilles heel started hurting yesterday with a lot of pain after I would try to walk on it. The first few steps were near impossible but got much better as I walked k ed around. Every time I sat or laid done for a bit it would once again hurt to walk on it. Today there is a lot of swelling. Is it something other than Achilles? I am 60 years old. YYYY@YYYY
