My Amylase Le Level In My Blood Went To About

My Amylase le level in my blood went to about 500 2 weeks ago.One week before it came down to 280.There is no appearant reason for this increase.Panceas,kidney,liver showed normal in blood test.
I had severe infection after Catherter removal 3 weeks ago.
Why is my Amylase high?
