My B12 Level Is 1850. I've Had Years Of Treatment

My B12 level is 1850. I've had years of treatment for a chronic cough - and numerous tests re: reflux/barretts. Most recent tests show the acid levels are undercontrol - but they discovered my B12 levels were >2 x the limit. Could high B12 levels cause a problem?
