My BIG Toe Cramps Down When I Lay Down ,

My BIG toe cramps down when I lay down , my little toe on the same foot cramps outward and down making my upper top of my foot very pain full , 90% of the time when I lay down and try to go to sleep , I have spider webs visible in my foot as well all around my ankle and top and sides of my foot ,along with dry white skin around all of my toes on the same foot
