My BP Is Usually 130-140/86-96. I Take 2.5 Mg Lisinopril

My BP is usually 130-140/86-96. I take 2.5 mg lisinopril a day. Today I got a sudden headache deep in my he'd and have been getting mild waves of nausea. I feel pressure behind my eyes, my eyes don't look open all the way and my vision is a little blurry. This started 5 hours ago. I finally thought to take my BP. It is 168/106. Should I take an extra lisinopril? See my PCP in AM? Go to ER tonight?
