My BP Is Very High I'm On Meds Ramipril 10mg

My BP is very high I'm on meds Ramipril 10mg once a day Doxazosin 4mg twice a day although my b/p has dropped I'm still getting reading off 164/112... Iv now been referred to the renal clinic and the doctor thinks I may have FMD!! If I don't have this what is my next move??
