My BP Was 200/120 When The Doctor, After Keeping Me

My BP was 200/120 when the Doctor, after keeping me in emergency care for a day, prescribed one Tab Repace AF (50/5) BD; one Tab Seloken (25) OD; and one Tab Natrilix SR OD. I continued with the prescription for about 3 and half months. The BP was controlled and kept around120-130/75-85. On review, the Doctor revised the medication to one Tab Repace H OD and one Tab Seloken (50) OD. I could not notice any change in the beginning, but after about a month, the BP shot to around 170-200/90-105 again. I could not consult the concerned Doctor as he was not to be available for a long time. What should I do? Please advise.
