My BPM Is Usually 60 Ish, When Resting; However, After

My BPM is usually 60 ish, when resting; however, after waking and sitting down in a cvs my BPM went down to 49. I am low on electrolytes and am prescribed KCl pills. Any idea why my heart rate decreased so much?

Yesterday at the hospital it increased to near 90 when I was sitting up in bed, or standing next to the bed.

Any thoughts?
