My Blood Pressure Is Normally Around 140/80, But For The

My Blood pressure is normally around 140/80, but for the past 3 days it is registering between 114/79 and 116/80. I find myself getting light headed and dizzy, when I bend or stoop and and stand back erect, as well as become exhausted quickly. I had previously been diagnosed with High Blood Pressure. However, for the past 3 days I have also experienced insomnia, loss of appetite, short term memory loss, blurred vision, quickly becoming exhausted, and headaches. Help I think there's a lot going on inside of me. I am a 60 year old male, married 30 years, no major surgeries. I have asthma, rheumatoid arthritis, high cholesterol and diagnosed with hypertension. All of which I am receiving treatment with doctor's prescribed medications (symbicort inhaler, methotrexate, folic acid, prednisone, amlodipine besylate, Chlorthalidone). What can I do about the the insomnia, loss of appetite, blurred vision and headaches? Help!!!
