My Blue Pit Hasn't Ate Anything In 24 Hours And

My Blue Pit hasn't ate anything in 24 hours and can not hold water down without throwing up. The vomit is greenish brown and very wet. She is very restless, her nose is cold and wet, but she seems to be in pain. She has been grazing in the yard but doesn't seem interested in food. Will not play and seems to just want to lay around. Do you have any suggestions?
