My Brittany Is 10 To 12 Years Old, Shows Sign

My Brittany is 10 to 12 years old, shows sign of slowing down, especially difficulty to get up or load without his rimanyl dose. His family has relocated a few states away to new taste in the city, go dosnt do thr city well. Hr also seems fm have separation anxiety from leaving us and missing us. He hS lost bout 20 or so of his usual 65 lbs. he also see,s to be bloated around his belly. ANY HElP wold be appreciate thanks
