My Brother Living In A.P. India, Is Suffering From Elephantiasis

My Brother living in A.P. India, is suffering from elephantiasis disease from 10 years approximately. His left leg is completely swollen and the pain he is going through is incomparable! We tried everything we came across to fix it. But recently I found an article in Hindu saying this can be treated completely and swollen leg can be normal after the treatment.

I want to know if this is really happening and are there any other hospitals offering this treatment. Please suggest!
