My Bulgarian Builder Has Zentel For His 5 Year Old

My Bulgarian builder has zentel for his 5 year old grandchild, prescribed by the doctor. It is not available in Bulgaria so I bought it from Romania. We do not understand the Romanian instructions. Please explain exactly what he does with the 10ml liquid - he has two small bottles of 10ml each.
