My CAC Scan Number Was 336 And Is In The

My CAC scan number was 336 and is in the 82nd percentile. I am 74. Most of the calcium is in one place: LAD 326; left main 10 and zero in left circumflex and RCA. I am very worried. I have never had any symptoms, am a quite active nonsmoker, and have good lipid numbers and BP, so the high numbers were a shock. My doctor immediately put me on 40mg lipitor daily. I am scheduled for a stress test in a few days. Is there anything else I should be doing? I am taking D, K 2-7, and COQ10 as well as other vitamins. I also am hypothyroid, and on a recent blood test, my tsh level had gone from 3 to 7 in one year. My levothyroxine dose was adjusted. I've never had a C reactive protein test. Any advice appreciated.
