My CT THORAX diagnoes 1. Few fibro nodular opacities and linear fibrotic strands are seen in right lower lobe (2) Few other discrete parenchymal nodules are also seen in bilateral lower lobes (3) Few homogeneously enhancing nodes are seen in pre-vascular, pre and paratracheal, sub-carinal and bilateral hilar regions, the largest measuring 18mm in the left hilar region. No evidence of necrosis or calcification seen.
