My CT Scan With Contrast Report Says... The Visualized Base

My CT scan with contrast report says... The visualized base of the neck and thyroid are and remarkable in appearance. The lungs are clear with no focal opacity, plural effusion, nodules, or mass lesions. The tracheal and bronchial tree are patent. The heart and great vessels are unremarkable. The pulmonary vessels are unremarkable. No enlarged axillary or mediastinal lymphadenopathy is present. No pericardial effusion is noted. The osseous structures demonstrate mild scattered endplate spurring in the thoracic spine. The surrounding soft tissues are unremarkable. The visualized portions of the upper abdomen demonstrate no acute abnormalities. IMPRESSION: 1. Unremarkable CT of the chest with no acute intrathoracic process demonstrated. Can you please explain
