My CVS Store Closed At 3 Today As They Are

My CVS store closed at 3 today as they are relocating to a new location tomorrow, I am taking Dilantin, and only was able to take one pill yesterday morning, am I going to be okay until I pick up my prescription tomorrow? I take 3 one day and 4 pills the next day. Due to a miscommunication with my husband he did not pick up my medicine. Advise, please
