My Chest X-ray Report Seen Prominent Broncho Vascular Marking Are

My Chest x-ray report seen prominent broncho vascular marking are seen in right paracardic region. This is serious issue??? i am very worry about that
I have cough but doing exercise everyday specially running I have not showing any complication in my lungs till now. only feeling cough my An Immunoglobulin E (IgE) test IS 1600. please suggest me. when i enter into the dust area i have cough.
