My Daughter Called To Say She Has Been Sweating Very

My Daughter called to say she has been sweating very heavily only at nights. She said it was so bad the past couple nights one would think she wet the bed. She is not over weight and in her twenties. Her grandfarther had diabetics, and I have a thyroid problem taking synthyroid. I am wondering if she could be experiencing any of these problems. Is this something that one should be worried about.
