My Daughter Is 38 Years Old And Almost 9 Months

My Daughter is 38 years old and almost 9 months pregnant. She had her first Son born by C-section because his heart rate was dropping. Eleven years later she got pregnant with her 2nd child and is due Sept. 2nd. Her Dr. told her its best she has a C-section with this pregnancy because her Uterus can rupture and she can bleed to death. The Ultra Sound showed no signs of scar tissue in her Uterus yet the Dr. still advices her to have a C-section. What should she do and what is in the best interest for her and her baby?
