My Daughter Just Had Her Third Baby And Is Post

My Daughter just had her third baby and is post kidney transplant 3 years. First birth was twins. She has been having severe pain in her hands since before this last pregnancy, and is 3breastfeeding. She found out during gestation that she has a kidney stone. Could high uric acid be caused by this,
and should she stop nursing?
