My Daughter Was Born In 1986... She Is Currently 29

My Daughter was born in 1986... She is currently 29 yrs old.... She and her Husband have just completed their 4th round of IVF....None of the IVF rounds were successful, fragmentation outcomes occurred on the last 3 rounds, and a tubular pregnancy with a ruptured Fallopian tube on the First round....she was just diagnosed with a Coxcomb cervix...Are there any causes other than DES exposure?...I didn't take any medications during either of my pregnancies and therefore am assuming it is from another cause....Any studies on other causes of Coxcomb ?... Many Thanks, Lynn
