My Dilantin Level Is Steadily But Consistently Dropping Despite Disciplined

My Dilantin level is steadily but consistently dropping despite disciplined 2 hr gaps between eating and taking Dilantin and a 1 hr gap after taking before eating again - the only culprit i can point to is my taking a daily dosage of 2,000 mg of B12.
